Product Condition: PVC Fluted Panel

• The 10-year warranty is applicable only to selected JK Series PVC Fluted Panels used for interior applications.

• Warranty coverage is limited to colour fading and self-cracking under normal indoor-use conditions.

• Panels must be installed by a trained fabricator using the recommended adhesive, screws, nails or fixing clips.

• The installation surface must be clean, dry, level and free from dust, dampness, seepage or structural cracks.

• Panels should not be installed in areas exposed to direct sunlight, excessive heat, open flames or continuous water contact.

• Slight variations in colour, texture or pattern between different production batches may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, mishandling, impact, chemical cleaners, water seepage, fire or structural movement.

• Clean only with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals and strong solvents.

• Products must be inspected for colour, size, finish and physical condition before cutting or installation.

• Once the panels have been cut, modified or installed, returns or replacement claims will not be accepted except for verified manufacturing defects.

• Final warranty approval is subject to inspection and the applicable JK Furnish warranty terms.

• All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, no returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be accepted.

• All transportation, freight, loading, unloading, and handling shall be undertaken entirely at the buyer’s risk.

• JK Furnish shall not be held responsible for any damage, breakage, shortage, delay, theft, or loss occurring after the goods have been handed over to the transporter or dispatched from our premises.

• We shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper handling, transportation, unloading, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are advised to inspect the goods carefully at the time of delivery. Any damage, shortage, or transportation-related issue must be reported immediately to the transporter or delivery service provider.

• Claims relating to transportation damage or loss must be settled directly between the customer and the concerned transport company.
